That's a 51% payout (of their 50-80% guidance), so they have retained some funds for other purposes. FMG paid 80% by comparison, so I wouldn't attribute it to IO price concerns. Looking forward to reading more about how FEX intends to improve the companies value proposition with the funds retained.
