Yield is great, hard to justify exposure though, irrespective of the 12 month hedge, given the volatility of the IO price.
Single asset company with a shrinking commodity price, its a punt on whether FEX will pay enough back in divvies over next 12-18 months to justify a position.
Genuine gamble on IO price, great story so far though.
