Last time I think it was a little bit around lack of franking credits and wanting to build a cash pile overpaid with a bunch of bonus shares that were going to vest after an interim dividend date.
Call me cynical! Maybe as we get into 2023, we may see an appetite for smaller dividends twice a year!
