yes...need to ask if they satisfy the small shareholder exemption. For an individual less than 5k in total franking credits received in any one year. That equates to less than $11,666.66 per year of fully franked dividends received (assuming 30% tax rate of company). If you pay no tax this could amount to a tax refund each year of just under 5k even where you didn't hold for 45 days.
