The powers that be have decided the VWAP for today. A base has been set of $17.83 for the first day of 5 days to be used to calculate the DRP price. On the next leg of the relay race they will try to get it lower with a all out assault on the final leg on the 15th of Sep which they will throw everything they can to end the day with the lowest VWAP of all the 5 days.
The price of IO during this time is out of their hands so depending on where it goes it the short term its going to help or hinder their efforts to keep the SP depressed during this short window.
