You haven’t been paid franking credit. You’ve been paid the dividend. The franking credits is a fancy word for tax on dividend, you do not see this and you’re not paid this.
This happens on profitable businesses where dividends are declared, some only do 50% franking or none at all others like FMG, RIO and big banks do 100% franking. It’s not limited to a sector or business type.
100% franking is 30% tax paid for by the company of your desired dividend paying share.
