It all comes down to if FMG do 50% to 80% of profits go to dividends.
The last was was on 65% of profits to give us $1 a share.

They seem to be selling more and selling green related products now too so I think $1.08 to $1.25

Next year they'll be exporting an extra 28 million tonnes of iron ore to go from 182 million tonnes to 210 million tonnes
due to getting more access to port facilities to export more.

Currency still low even at $0.66US

So divs will over time get larger as they start selling more of the FFI projects.

I get extra money coming in on July 9 from the CSR take over so an early Xmas present.
Bought at $4.27 in 2020 and get $9 a share minus the 12c a share which was the final div before the take over goes through.

Dear Shareholder,

As announced to the ASX on 19 June 2024, the proposed acquisition of CSR Limited by Saint Gobain BidCo Pty Ltd by way of scheme of arrangement ("Scheme") for $9.00 cash per share was approved by CSR shareholders at the Scheme Meeting on 13 June 2024, and approved by the Supreme Court of New South Wales on 18 June 2024.

The Scheme became legally effective on 19 June 2024 and quotation of CSR Shares on the ASX were suspended from trading on the ASX from the close of trading on 19 June 2024.

As a result of the Scheme becoming legally effective, the CSR Permitted Dividend of $0.12 cash per CSR Share held on the CSR Permitted Dividend Record Date will be paid to you today. The CSR Permitted Dividend is fully franked and the franking credits will represent additional value to those CSR shareholders who are able to realise a tax benefit from those franking credits.

CSR confirms that the Dividend Reinvestment Plan will not be in operation for the CSR Permitted Dividend.
