My view is the SP in Aug has little/no bearing on the profit result for the previous half or the % paid out.
The only thing that could influence the payout ratio is if they decided to use some of it to do a buy back,which i seriously doubt.
They are printing money and have also handed back as much as possible to us holders.
Remember the special dividend when the franking credits was looking like being removed or altered ?
My only problem with this company is when AF goes off on his own crusade so publically.
