Exactly. No ones shares are suffering from a dip or a low unless you're offloading them. All it does is pump up the yield figures and gives opportunity to increase your holdings for cheap. Employees also get a 50% uplift if they opt in for share options. When the employees of a company are serious share holders then that company as a whole has an interest to perform.
