yes. assuming that the SP is around $22ish. And two $0.75 divvies. Net yield would be 7%. Gross yield obviously higher to reflect franking. about 9.6%

a $0.76 net divvy back in march 2020 had a gross divvy of $1.0857 (after franking) at a SP of $9.60. I know this year's divvy is $0.75 but so close lets use it.
the final divvy for 2020 was $1.00 at SP of $17.52 which transformed to $1.4286 FF. WE don't know what this years final will be.

So assuming a full year gross divvy of $2.50 (let's assume) and current SP around $22...............11.36% gross dividend yield.

    Obviously if twin $0.75 divvies........$1.06 gross x 2 is $2.12 gross............9.6% gross divvy yield.

Using accurate data for divvies in past but SP is the unknown factor at final in September. September last year saw a markedly low SP at final and DRP of $17.373.which meant SP was hovering around there. The February divvy last year had a SP of around $18 as well.

    cheers.
