DRP = Dividend Reinvestment Plan. This is where shareholders elect to have their dividends reinvested into the company as shares (i.e. FMG will buy FMG shares with your dividend). FMG needs to buy these shares on the market (I believe it occurred last week). Once FMG has purchased enough shares the average price they paid will be the DRP price.
