No way, this is great news! A trust like a LIT needs to distribute all of their earnings as distributions. The international fund will distribute over $0.50 (over 25% of its value) in distributions this year. FOR obviously had some losses to offset, so no big CGT bill for us shareholders.
If you want a steady income stream buy a LIC not a LIT.
Hopefully this good news puts a rocket under the share price tomorrow!
