no long-term investor will turn their head to GEM atm simply because the management have no idea what they are doing. Look what they do and what they have done for years: FY18, they generate 100m from operation, and spend 90m for capex (37m for maintenance and 50m for acquisition), BORROW 50m to pay dividend. It still survive just because lots of innocent investor keep giving money to them via cap raise for "high" dividend yield.
