mine sat with linkmarkets for ages. When i still had 30% deducted last dividend I called them up and they realised it was not actioned. So they took it up for processing and now it is finally done. I would say, give link markets (now MUFG) a call and ask them to peocess it and send it to IRS ASAP. Follow up again after couple weeks. You gotta push them.
