    As far as revenues grow, the distributable earnings will grow and the 90% payout amount for dividends would keep creeping up.
    Revenue is heavily tied to fees. Higher Fees depend on higher FUM.
    For the FUM to grow, inflows should stay stable or keep growing AND funds need to outperform
    For inflows to grow, funds' should outperform the markets consistently (At least 1Y, 3Y, 5Y, 10Y).

    Right now, the performance is a bit shaky with recent adjustments due to Trump's tarriff drama.
