This is a dividend only stock. On an annualized basis every 1 cent dividend represents 12.5 cents to the share price. Taking that
the current valuation would be 50 cents. I worked this out when the stock was 22 cents. I am in Footmax's camp.
I am happy with a SP above 50 cents and the dividend. Yet to be convinced if I am happy with the BOD in where GRR
is going.
