If its hoarding cash then tell SH what for
If thats not obvious from recent updates sharky then there is nothing they could say that would make it more obvious quite frankly...do you seriously think they hoard cash for the fun of it.
What part of the recent change in wording around SD doesn't tell you they are reconsidering their options with regards to that project, but if you believe they are going to tell you what the final plans will be when they cant make that decision for obvious reasons ,you will are expecting something that can't happen.
The clues have been out there for some time..
