They showed their hand with a 11% payout.
If there's no concrete news about using available capital in a sensible manner before december, I'll be forced to vote against all resolutions on the next GM, even thought I only have 200k shares.
Since there's no way I am selling a company this undervalued, I guess there's no choice but getting involved.
The fact that this is sitting at 80% of asset backing despite printing money is a good indication that management should be kept on their toes rather cuddled and excused.
