Oh boy ....
I can't believe I've read that on here.
I got a thousand examples of company directors and executives lining their pockets, their relatives and friends pockets, selling out to brokers or outside interests, do nothing but a couple presentations a year full of spin, work for the interest of a specific holder, literally lie to my face in zoom calls, the list goes on and on.
It would be extremely naive to believe boards always do their genuine best for shareholders.
They are human and therefore do their job with various degrees of integrity.
In the case of GRR, they seem to do a good job and have a very reasonable remuneration package. None of the aforementioned problems have occurred here in my opinion, so I see no reasons not to keep these shares.
