I hope not......
When I do a basic evaluation of GRR I come up with about $1.50 a share conservatively but the market seems to price it at just above cash backing.
I reckon the big reason is a lack of trust in management being on the side of all shareholders.
This announcement has really helped my perception in that regard so I hope it leads to a sustained share price rally. I will be disappointed if there is a big drop in the share price back to the low 50 cent range after the ex dividend date the company is better than that. I for one will buy more shares if given that opportunity.
