Yep - agree. Overall, my concerns are with the increase in C1 cash Costs - they have been growing significantly, but UG is expected to decrease it by 30%. I am not a market / valuation guru, but the market appears to penalize mid-size companies given the risks associated with growth (Negative Cash flow, significant CAPEX, increase of debt in balance sheet, uncertainty, etc). Historically, It appears that GRR management team is conservative and "down to earth", which makes me comfortable to hold it but no to increase my position.
