    It's mentioned in the ASX news on 14th in notes after NTA figures *; Pre Tax NTA $1.15 with a later note * after exercise of remaining options $1.09.
    Reasoning for it is say eg a company has one share with assets of $1.15 then issues another share for $1.
    Company now has assets of $2.15 / 2 shares = $1.075 NTA for each share.
