I'm no guru tbh, my take is the results do not yet fully represent the recent rate hikes, which imho will affect discretionary spending, how much of that effect will be seen in future results of retailers, hard to say. Having said that, for a long term holder, that wouldn't matter. Just my opinion. DYOR.
