Yeah I’ve always held the opinion that the market didn’t understand the capital returns and when a reliable dividend is paid possibly market will wake up… Maybe now a sustainable 3.5c unfranked dividend has been paid it’ll wake up, either which way I don’t care, great income producing asset for me!
