I suspect the market was uncertain, prior to today, as to whether Mota may have resigned as things were not on track. But it seems he has left a clean slate, if the guidance and comments are to be believed.
The SP was about $2.37 at that time, the market has had a decent rally from then - about 10%, net flows in Q4 were good in platforms, guidance has been improved today, and cost outs are on track. So maybe $2.80 on that logic?
