With the UK election and phase 1 trade deal only just finalized last thursday/Friday I don't see much material movement in this week but it should start moving north soon. This is already reflected in most base metal shares rising.
On top of that there is still strong demand for low grade seaborne Mn. The reason why is detailed in the article below.

Personally I will be happy with a 1 + 1.5 cent dividend this year.
