    This news is about manganese : "emerging manganese miners".

    Tshipi is the largest exporter manganese mine from South Africa (source : https://www.tshipi.co.za/who-we-are/at-a-glance ). So Tshipi is not an emerging manganese miner in South Africa but an established miner BHP and Rio Tinto are not managanese producers.
