The latest announcements and the 3c per share dividend has done nothing to stop the disappointing SP reaction. I think a probable 6 or 7c dividend announcement around February 2022 may see SP appreciation back to $1.10. I will then get out, as I believe I misread the growth potential in KSL. Sovereign risk is a problem here, I think.
