I've always favoured KSL as a dividend stock.
its share price is finally catching up to fair value...well, to my average purchase price!
Broker consensus still has it valued much higher.
Fact that it's unfranked doesn't faze me.
I'll be investing more yes.
Really surprised the SP didn't rise today. I should have bought the drop in retrospect. But it's a secret gem in my view.
