On hold to support trying to get into my trading platform today- turned away from the mobile for one second and missed the call back- a first world problem if ever there was one.
My holdings appear to be on a tear today- perhaps lack of access stops me from doing something stupid like taking profits.
At least once a year the portfolio cops a flogging but I just keep buying- then sentiment changes eventually and the profits come in. I like this game. You can make lots of mistakes and yet still make good money. Looks like I will be paying tax for this FY- but tax is the price of civilization- apparently.
Good luck all. REITs allow you to profit from bricks and mortar without having to chase the great unwashed for their rent.
