1. What was the cost and what they sold for to work out profitable sale or loss making. 2. The discount normally calculated based on last valuation (irrespective of when was the peak value in past). Hence, this discount will impact the gearing.
Both these information company should be disclosing but surprisingly, I can't see that in any past announcements unless I have missed them.
