I managed to load up with a 1.88 average. Did so as well midyear but took profits perhaps too early that time. Determined to hold this time around.
I like the risk reward with REIT at the moment. High leverage in the sector will be rewarded if inflation falls lead into interest rate decreases some time soonish. I like what is happening on the macro with energy prices as well- bodes well for REIT. And locked in my profits in that sector.
