I dont think you have much to worry about. Im placing bets on AZJ also. REITS & Logistics like AZJ are completely immune to Trumpa-nomics. Let's call them that. We are in a niche area that our only enemy are interest rates to LVR capacity. VCX is cashed up, more so than MGR, how ever I like residential & the rent to own thesis of MGR. It's simply in the beginning stages with Gov support. It's such an easy trade, good volume, easy to navigate, incredibly cheap on metrics. MGR, AZJ, VCX for divs and trade followed by bhp probably unless I let the divs go and pick up after the div sell. Happy trades.
