the SP didn’t jump 20% because of the dividend . It jumped because the business has past through a very difficult period with great success , grown cash and increase the highest margin part of the business ( online ) substantially. The dividend adds to the story because it implies they are confident of continued success and don’t need to retain cash at very high levels
