After reading 8.3 how is this meant to be a good deal for ncm holders and especially at the current price. Looks like we are being ripped off here if the liquidity and flowback of the CDIS is severely impacted and the price at the same time.

Also this will force a sell off on the US market which will of course rebound in Aus. Therefore the ASX market for NEM should take a pounding in the early weeks post TO.
