Yes, this is what usually happens more often than not, particularly when sharing with the USA market.
Complexities of the opposing time zones + currency exchange rates + the massive US market + US brokers + US insiders knowledge etc etc etc, many different cogs affecting many differing aspects of what determines different prices of the same stock between different countries.
