unfranked divvy unlikely will be the same as franked, the latter means a company already paid company tax and give you the rest, just like an employee is paid their salary with potential taxes withheld...
in your example there should be 70c franked or $1 unfranked.. for the NHC divvy 30c franked vs potentially 40c unfranked
at the end of the financial year with tax return its all gotta be even..
