I think you are missing 202A's point,
the tax remark he made being equal is for YOU not the company. At the end of the day weather you get $1 non franked or 70c franked its the same to YOU. That's why its called a tax credit.
BTW a company can payout all profits to shareholders before it pays tax that's generally where non franked funds come from, then the tax burden is on you to pay or the company can pay tax on the profits and give you a divi with a franking credit.
At the end of the day its the same, again to you not the company, which is all that matters.
