Dropping by 43c would mean no benefit whatsoever for even people and superfunds paying zero tax.
It should drop by full adjasted by tomorrow's market sentiment..
sometimes it is a strategy to sell before ex div date, i see it is happening over the last couple of days.. those who hold more than a year will have tax benefits in such circumstances... but they will be quickly back on board, thats why i expect quick bounce back..
in my opinion, NHC in the nearest couple of years is expected to be one of the best income stocks.
my forecast this fy full divvy will be $1 and share price around $5 by the reporting season in Aug/Sept... 20% yield just like iron ore miners just recently.. Coal now is the new iron ore!
