My folks own the NHC, I have TER. I told them to buy @ $1 as the dividend on depressed prices was 12~13% THEN! (those demanding old folks......high dividends Maaaahhh!)
I checked the last 5 years. No capital returns Dividends 2022 - 86 FF 2021 - 18 FF 2020 - 11? FF 2019 - 8 FF 2018 - 9 FF
But before that, special dividends aplenty. Expect most the dividends going forward to be special. Some might say very special
