Agree to a point, ie as to management performance (NB broker consensus is for a sell for NHC), but you have missed the central point ie displacement of blame for Federal Govts industrial relations reforms, surprised NHC fell for this trap, instead, embrace the policies, like it or not, and get on with the job at hand.
