you don't have much idea really. wages always should lag inflation otherwise it makes things worse for everyone...even with recent pay rises do you think the average worker is any better off than they were under the Coalition? higher interest rates, medical costs, energy costs and food etc ?...no!
you complaining about NHC when they have been great performers just makes my opening line seem a bit more reasoned
