Well market would have to be dreaming to expect over 10% divys every year from any stock. I think some are just getting used to expecting too much. Look at US stocks for example, many only pay like 1% for an entire year...... Even here in Aus even though they seem to be more generous, Woolworths pays around 3% annually and it's about 5.5% at the moment for STO.
3.8% for a HY still equates to over 7%+ annually
Well market would have to be dreaming to expect over 10% divys...
