I think NHC might be gearing up to buy out Malabar. If there is to be a good deal (I reckon part cash part script) I am of the view that NHC share price will do similar to what WHC did when it announced purchase of B&D. The terms however will be like chalk and cheese. I like the fact that NHC will grow the thermal side of the business organically. As someone said, Re: Soul Pat, I doubt they would buy Anglo assets. SOL is like BRK, it's been mentioned for years. What's others thoughts?
