After listening to Soul ceo comments and BHP's comments i;m comfortable in holding NHC as an investment stock earning a bucket load of FF'd dividends apparently over at next 3 to 4 years.
ps as long as the DH RBA doesn't try and lower energy inflation due to DH govts energy policy with flow on effects including a stronger AUD.
