The drifts are being driven by drill and blast - the rock is very hard - this was always going to be slow and the development in the top seam is also slow - they have ordered the long wall and planning to ramp up production but presently burning money - NHC is waiting to see how this pans out - will probably need another Credit Raise and a stable management
