The price dropped from 1.80 due to big shot being caught out with a short squeeze which created panic that he would have to sell his shares in NIC to cover his position. As the nickel price dropped the shares started to recover and then got hit again from global conditions.
I think that 1.40 should be the minimum we are trading now with growth going gang busters. Short term energy costs is the only real handbrake that I can see with nickel price still well above long term average and well above production costs.
