The current CEO has not resigned rather taking a less hands on role. It probably would have been better to designate the new position as Chief Operating Officer.

The more important change is the demotion of the CFO to M&A and that is probably due to the stuffing around of the financials and the shite half year presentation which was appalling.

Out of the mess of H1 these changes are good news and not OTW just blundering on.
