I may have misread your post as being 82 million shares (number) as opposed to $82 million value.
Anyway, "and who is selling?" - shaky hands, stop losses being hit - I think.
While it is difficult to ascertain, it does look a bit of a 'tree shake'. In my view, the finances are too strong for this to be a sell-off on fundamentals.
