Hi Moowee. Just home from my basketball coaching duties. I missed the ASX announcement as I was busy yelling at kids.
Holy Shite. Yes, I literally am stunned. Apart from the amazing capital gain we've enjoyed, we now have the cream of income with the maiden interim dividend. From my perspective, I now don't need to sell shares to pay the required 4% income stream and the dividends are going to be bigger than my annual salary before retirement. Very emotional moment for myself and my better half and so grateful for this gift.
Congrats to yourself Moowee and enjoy the new Atto knowing that PLS is easing the worry of capital outlay.
